Dan's training diary

Post  Brooksy on Thu Aug 21, 2008 8:48 pm

Righty-oh - unsure how to get the body fat stats but I weighed 12st8 on wednesday. I'll target 12st4 by end of September

Monday 18th - Gym - Chest & Biceps DONE, FEELING SUPRISINGLY GOOD
Tuesday - Gym - Shoulders AGAIN, FELT GREAT
Wednesday - Football training CANCELLED DUE TO THE BAD WEATHER(??) LAST WEEK, RAN 4.25 MILES EASY IN 30.26
Thursday - Gym - Back & Triceps LAZY BASTARD, DONE JACK-ALL TODAY. I'LL CALL IT A REST DAY.
Friday - Run - 4.25 miles
Saturday - Swim - 6 x 100 metres
Sunday - Football match (6 mile run if pitch is waterlogged)

Monday 25th - Gym - Chest & Biceps
Tuesday - AM - Run - 4 miles
PM - Gym - Shoulders
Wednesday - Football Training
Thursday - Run - 5 miles
Friday - Gym - Back & Triceps
Saturday - Swim - 6 x 150 metres
Sunday - Football match or 6 mile run

Subject to being ridiculously busy or ridiculously quiet at work.

Alongside this my diet has been pretty fantastic too. Loving the big breakfast idea, sets you right up for the day! I may have gone overboard on the tuna, pasta, sweetcorn on wed night though.

Nice of you to join us mate.

With the pasta - see if you can get some brown pasta from Sainsburys as it's much better for you.

Also google Low GI diets, that'll offer some good nutritional advice.
